Saddle Brook, NJ: After scoring with its imposing Aqua-Toss™ football game for commercial and large residential swimming pools, pool products developer Pool Shot Products™, Ashtabula, Ohio, has unveiled Aqua-Toss II™, a football game developed for backyards with smaller-sized in-ground pools and above-ground pools with decks. Applying the game play of the original Aqua-Toss, the Aqua-Toss II challenges backyard quarterbacks to score touchdowns, field goals and safeties by throwing waterproof, non-absorbent, cushioned footballs into three target holes.
The Aqua-Toss II combines a large football target and backstop set within a rugged base that is filled with water (or sand!) to create a highly stable platform that remains anchored deckside during non-stop, aggressive play and drains quickly for easy storage. The three durable parts are rotationally molded of UV-resistant polyethylene for virtual immunity to water, chlorine, sunlight and snow and can be left outside year-round. The base, backstop and football target are joined by secure, molded-in hinges on a powder coated, anti-rust aluminum support pole. Measuring 37.5" wide x 36.5" high x 26.5" deep in play, the Aqua-Toss fits on a mere six square feet of deck space, assembles easily and ships by UPS ground. The Aqua-Toss II includes three footballs in fluorescent orange, yellow and green.
